What is DentiCare?
Denticare is an interest-free, direct debit payment plan that allows you to pay the cost of your dental treatment over time. With Denticare you can pay off up to $50,000 in treatment with options to pay back weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
For treatments under $2000, Denticare allows you 12 months to repay the treatment amount. For treatments over $2000 Denticare provides you with 24 months to repay the treatment amount.
Denticare does not charge any fees beyond their $39 start-up fee and a small fee for credit card or bank account transactions. Denticare does also ask that 20% of the total treatment cost be paid upfront.

What do you need to be eligible?
To be eligible for Denticare you need:
- To be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- To be over 18 years old,
- To be currently employed; and
- To have no prior record of bankruptcy.
- It should also be noted that Denticare does perform credit checks for treatments over $5000.
Once you have applied to Denticare you will know whether you have been approved within 48-72 hours.

Most Common Questions
Zip is a reusable account that lets you buy now and pay later. Shop online and in-store up to your account limit, then set flexible repayments to suit your lifestyle. There’s no deposit and every purchase comes with its own interest-free period.
Zip Pay is an interest-free buy-now-pay-later service with a credit limit of up to $1000. Repayments are based on a minimum monthly payment of as little as $10 per week.
Zip Money gives you more credit limits between $1,000 and $3000 for regular accounts and up to $50,000 for specific merchants. Zip Money accounts incur a one-off establishment fee for certain credit limits.
Repayments start from just $40 a month and are based on your account’s credit limit. You can choose from weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, and pay any amount you like as long as you meet the monthly minimum for your account (outlined in your contract).
Every Zip purchase comes with an interest-free period. Pay off your purchase within this period and you won’t pay any interest. After this period, a standard interest rate of 19.9% will apply to any remaining balance.
You can also make additional payments at any time, and there are no penalties for paying off your purchase early. Finally, if there’s nothing owing on your account, there’s nothing to pay and no fees. Your account simply remains active until you’re ready to make a purchase.
To be eligible to apply for a Zip, you need to:
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be employed in some capacity, earning more than $300 per week
- Have not declared bankruptcy or insolvency
We’ll then apply our lending criteria to each application.
Every Zip purchase comes with a minimum of a 3-months interest-free period with some retailers and businesses offering up to 50 months interest-free. After the interest-free period, a standard interest rate of 19.9% p.a will be applied.
There may be a one-off set-up fee depending on your account limit, which we’ll add to your balance so there’s nothing to pay upfront. There’s a $6.00 monthly account fee, which is waived if your closing balance is paid by the due date. No balance no fee
Also, you may charge a $15 late payment fee if you don’t meet the monthly minimum and a $5 bank dishonor fee if your scheduled payment was rejected or dishonored by your bank.
Yes, now you can tap and pay with Zip Pay.
Borrow from $1,000 up to $30,000 with Zip and get a minimum of three interest-free months. With Zip, you can pay for purchases without cash or a credit card at any participating Zip merchant. Once your purchase has been authorized, Zip will pay the merchant on your behalf.
Once your refund has been approved by our team, then we will process the refunded amount which will appear on your Zip account.
How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay like Zip and DentiCare, allows you to shop now and pay later. Split your bill into 4 equal, interest-free, payments. You can pay your dental treatment bill with Afterpay.
Also, you can set up the Afterpay Card on your phone and pay your bill with Apple Pay or Google Pay to make a contactless payment at checkout

Yes, you can use your partner’s super to fund your dental treatment.
Can I use my super to pay for my children’s dental treatment?
Yes, you can help any dependants including an immediate or non-immediate family members.
Are there any limitations on the amount of super I can withdraw?
No, there are no limitations on the amount of super you can withdraw. You are eligible to withdraw the amount required for your treatment as little or as big as it may be.
How long does the application process take?
What happens if my application is not approved?
At Access My Super we have a 100% success rate. Should your application not be approved we will provide a detailed explanation from the ATO. We also have a No Approval No Fee policy!
What happens if I need more money for my procedure than I originally thought, and I have been approved already?
What will I need to access my Super?
You will need a MyGov Account as well as an ATO Account. Please note your ATO Account needs to be linked to your MyGov Account. You will also require a Treatment Plan from your specialist. What do I need to do before my consultation?
You will need to contact your Superannuation Fund to ensure you have adequate funds to access your treatment. Your ATO and MyGov account also need to be up to date including contact information.

LatitudePay is a buy now, pay later service with no interest, ever, and no fees when you pay on time.
Simply shop at your favourite stores online or in person, choose LatitudePay at the checkout to get what you want now, and we’ll split the cost over 10 weekly payments. Head to our website to find the stores you love with LatitudePay.
How do I know if I qualify for LatitudePay?
To use LatitudePay you’ll need to:
- Be over 18 years old.
- Hold a temporary visa (with 12 months remaining) or be a permanent resident of Australia.
- Have a valid credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard).
We’ll also ask you to complete a quick identification check (which takes a couple of minutes) so keep your Australian driver’s licence or passport handy.
Is there a fee to use LatitudePay?
There are no fees if you pay on time and no interest, but there is a $10 fee if you miss a scheduled payment.
What’s the catch?
No catch! If approved, this payment option allows you to pay over 10 weekly instalments, and you will only pay the purchase price over this period if you pay on time. If you miss one of your scheduled payments a $10 late fee applies.
How do I use LatitudePay to shop?
Making a purchase with LatitudePay is simple. You can purchase in-store or online with businesses that offer LatitudePay as a payment option.
Using your LatitudePay account in-store:
To make an in-store purchase, go to the checkout and let the merchant know that you wish to pay with LatitudePay.
- The merchant will create a payment plan for you by entering your name, mobile phone number and details of your purchase.
- You’ll receive the payment plan via text message.
- Click the link in the text message which will ask you to log into your LatitudePay account or sign up to view the payment schedule.
- Click Confirm and select an existing card or enter a new credit or debit card details (Visa or Mastercard).
- You will receive an email confirmation that the plan has gone through.
To purchase in-store, make sure you have handy the phone linked to your LatitudePay account, phone data/access to the internet on your phone, a credit or debit card, and enough funds on your card to pay the first instalment of 10%.
Card details are added during the application process or your first purchase, after this your card will be saved on your account unless you want to use a different card for your next purchase.
Who can use LatitudePay?
You need to be a permanent Australian resident or hold an Australian temporary visa with at least 12 months remaining. You must be at least 18 years old. LatitudePay will also need to complete an identification check, so have your ID handy (for example, a valid Australian driver’s licence or Australian passport), and have a Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card.
